The Washington Commons website provides residents with convenient access to our online resident Wilkin portal powered by Vantaca as well as our community forum.
Vantaca Resident Portal
The Vantaca resident portal allows you to manage your account, pay dues online, submit maintenance requests, and stay updated on community news and events. To access the portal:
- Click on the green “Wilkin/Vantaca Resident Portal” button above.
- Enter your username and password credentials for the Vantaca portal.
- Once logged in, you’ll have access to your personal account, payment history, and other features.
If you need assistance logging in or setting up your Vantaca account, please contact the Wilkin property management office.

Our digital community forum is your one-stop spot to staying informed about everything happening at Washington Commons. Have something to sell? Hoping to find someone to go to the pool with? Want to organize a pot-luck? This is the place to do it!
To access the bulletin board:
- Click on the green “WC Resident Forum” link above.
- View the latest posts from the community management team and homeowners association.
- You can also subscribe to receive email notifications when new bulletins are posted.
